Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the BeatSnap mobile application (“BeatSnap”, “the app”, “we”) handles information when you use it. BeatSnap is developed by Hallel (the “developer”).

    In short: BeatSnap works entirely on your device. We do not collect, store on our servers, sell or share your personal data. Your photos, videos and music never leave your phone unless you choose to share the finished video yourself.
  

1. Information the app accesses

Photos you select. When you tap “Add”, Android’s system photo picker lets you choose specific photos. BeatSnap can only see the photos you pick — not your whole gallery.
Audio or video you select. When you choose “My track”, “From video”, or share a file to BeatSnap from another app, the app reads only that file to extract its sound and detect the beats. The picture of a selected video is not used.
Storage (Android 9 and older only). On these older Android versions the app asks for storage permission solely to save your finished video to your gallery.

2. How the information is used

All processing happens locally on your device: beat detection, music generation, applying effects and creating the video. The selected files are used only to make your video and for no other purpose.

3. Information we do NOT collect

We do not require an account, name, email address or phone number.
We do not collect location, contacts, device identifiers or advertising IDs.
The app does not contain analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs.
We do not upload your photos, videos or audio to any server.

4. Storage on your device

Temporary files (generated beats and rendered videos) are kept in the app’s private cache on your device and are replaced or deleted automatically. When you tap “Save”, the video is saved to your gallery (Movies/BeatSnap), where you control it. Uninstalling the app removes its cache.

5. Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. When you tap “Share”, Android’s share menu sends your video to the app you choose (for example TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or WhatsApp). From that point, that app’s own privacy policy applies.

6. Google Play

BeatSnap is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect information such as install statistics or crash reports according to the Google Privacy Policy. The developer may see this information only in aggregated, anonymous form in the Google Play Console.

7. Music and content

Beats generated inside BeatSnap are created on your device and are free for you to use in your videos. If you use your own audio or the sound from a video, you are responsible for having the right to use it; popular songs may be protected by copyright and social networks may mute them.

8. Children’s privacy

BeatSnap is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

9. Data deletion

Because we do not store your data on any server, there is nothing for us to delete. You can delete all app data at any time by clearing the app’s storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the app. Videos you saved to your gallery can be deleted like any other video.

10. Changes to this policy

If a future version of BeatSnap adds features that process data differently (for example, optional ads), we will update this page and change the effective date above before that version is released.

Эта политика объясняет, как мобильное приложение BeatSnap («BeatSnap», «приложение», «мы») обращается с информацией при использовании. Разработчик BeatSnap — Hallel («разработчик»).

    Коротко: BeatSnap работает полностью на вашем устройстве. Мы не собираем, не храним на серверах, не продаём и не передаём ваши персональные данные. Ваши фото, видео и музыка не покидают телефон, если вы сами не решите поделиться готовым видео.
  

1. К чему приложение получает доступ

Выбранные вами фото. При нажатии «Добавить» открывается системный выбор фото Android. BeatSnap видит только те фото, которые вы выбрали, а не всю галерею.
Выбранные аудио или видео. При выборе «Свой трек», «Из видео» или при отправке файла в BeatSnap через «Поделиться» приложение читает только этот файл, чтобы взять звук и найти биты. Изображение из видео не используется.
Память (только Android 9 и старше). На старых версиях Android приложение запрашивает доступ к памяти исключительно для сохранения готового видео в галерею.

2. Как используется информация

Вся обработка выполняется на вашем устройстве: поиск битов, создание музыки, наложение эффектов и сборка видео. Выбранные файлы используются только для создания вашего видео и ни для чего больше.

3. Что мы НЕ собираем

Не нужен аккаунт, имя, email или номер телефона.
Мы не собираем местоположение, контакты, идентификаторы устройства и рекламные ID.
В приложении нет аналитики, трекеров и рекламных SDK.
Мы не загружаем ваши фото, видео или аудио ни на какие серверы.

4. Хранение на устройстве

Временные файлы (созданные биты и собранные видео) хранятся в закрытом кэше приложения на вашем устройстве и автоматически заменяются или удаляются. При нажатии «Сохранить» видео сохраняется в галерею (Movies/BeatSnap), где им управляете вы. При удалении приложения кэш удаляется.

5. Передача данных

Мы не передаём данные третьим лицам. При нажатии «Поделиться» меню Android отправляет видео в выбранное вами приложение (например, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube или WhatsApp). Далее действует политика конфиденциальности этого приложения.

6. Google Play

BeatSnap распространяется через Google Play. Google может собирать сведения, например статистику установок или отчёты о сбоях, согласно Политике конфиденциальности Google. Разработчик видит такие данные только в обобщённом анонимном виде в Google Play Console.

7. Музыка и контент

Биты, созданные в BeatSnap, генерируются на вашем устройстве, и вы можете свободно использовать их в своих видео. Если вы используете свой трек или звук из видео, вы сами отвечаете за наличие прав на него: популярные песни могут быть защищены авторским правом, и соцсети могут заглушить звук.

8. Дети

BeatSnap не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет и сознательно не собирает персональные данные ни у кого, включая детей.

9. Удаление данных

Мы не храним ваши данные на серверах, поэтому удалять с нашей стороны нечего. Вы можете в любой момент удалить все данные приложения, очистив его хранилище в настройках Android или удалив приложение. Видео, сохранённые в галерею, удаляются как любые другие видео.

10. Изменения политики

Если в будущей версии BeatSnap появятся функции, которые обрабатывают данные иначе (например, необязательная реклама), мы обновим эту страницу и дату вступления в силу до выхода такой версии.
